vending area in the expanding prime vending
location on West Main in Sturgis. Our site features a 75 X 150
foot paved vending area This is a very high foot traffic
location in a prime, growing vending corridor.
This site is
surrounded by major corporate rally sites, including the Loud
American RoadHouse, One-Eyed Jacks,and Sampson Corner and J
& P Cycle. The site is directly north of the Meade County
Courthouse and one block south of the Sturgis Community Center
(Rally Expo Building). If you need a space with high
traffic, easy access, wide aisles for customers, and a variety
of vendor options and private vendor amenities, this is the
place!
Amenities:
This vending
location receives great foot traffic from Main Street and from
the alley. The property has excellent commercial lighting and
pavement, and offers ample square footage for all your
products and services. This site includes water, sewer, phone,
and internet, as well as a private accessible shower and ADA
bathroom for vendor use. We have multiple 110, 220, and 2-pole
50 amp electrical service on site for all your electrical
needs.
We have two
buildings on site. One is a 24 X 28 vending building with
excellent overhead lighting and lots of electrical
availability that would be a perfect motorcycle lighting
installation building or custom accessory installation
facility. The
other building contains a 7 X 20 clean, plumbed and well-lit
tattoo studio approved for use by two tattoo artists through
the Sturgis city and South Dakota tattoo ordinances.
We have also
constructed on site a Food Vendor Cleanup Center, designed to
enhance cleanliness and speed cleanup of food preparation
equipment. We also have lockable storage areas for vendor
rental both on and off
site.
